PRODUCTION
WEAVING PROCESSES
Our fabrics are produced on flat weaving looms. While the width of our fabrics obtained by this method is 2.40 cm.
PATTERN PRINTING AND DYEING
After the pre-press preparations on the fabrics woven as raw cloth are completed in the dyehouse, patterns from our collection are printed on with the rotation flow pigment printing method. And plain colored fabrics are colored by the dyeing method.
APPAREL PRODUCTION PROCESS
Our fabrics, whose printing and dyeing processes are completed, are made into ready-made products by going through sewing and packaging processes in local, global standards or according to customer demand.
STORAGE AND SHIPMENT PROCEDURES
Fabrics that complete the weaving and printing/dyeing process, and ready-made products that complete the confection process are available in the warehouses in quantities to meet instant demand. Special production products based on customer demand can be produced with desired features by specifying the deadline. The products sold are packaged based on world standards or customer demand and shipped.
